The Vivoactive 4 has model 45 mm and is meant for wrist 5.3 to 7.8 inches, it comes in slate/black or silver/gray. Vivoactive 4 lasts up to 8 days in smartwatch mode, 18 hours in GPS mode without music, or 6 hours in GPS mode. Vivoactive 4s last up to 7 days in smartwatch mode, 15 hours in GPS mode without music, or 5 hours in GPS mode.

Vivoactive 4 features a color touch screen with a long-lasting corning Gorilla glass 3 lenses, a fiber polymer case, a polymer rear cover, a stainless steel bezel, and a silicon strap. The smartwatch is rated 5 ATM for water resistance (it can withstand pressure equivalent to 164 depth). The device is packed with high-performance monitoring features and health that have been designed into a lightweight design, so you need to worry less about the fitness tracker weighing you down during your races or training. The smartwatch features a barometric altimeter, an accelerometer, a compass, a gyroscope, a heart rate monitor, and a pulse oximeter (which helps in gauging oxygen saturation in the blood). It tracks your calories burned, floor climbed, stress level, sleep, intensity minute, and more.

To set up your Garmin Vivoactive 4, you will first download the Garmin Connect app and create an account, that is if you don’t have the account yet. After that you turn on your Garmin Vivoactive 4, you enter a code on the screen of your watch to connect it to the app via Bluetooth
