Phlebotomy Instructor Responsibilities

As an adjunct instructor, key responsibilities will involve:

  • Ability to clearly explain protocols, techniques and medical terminology
  • Flexibility to teach evenings or weekends as the course schedule requires
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance, safety and quality assurance standards
  • Knowledge of career options for certified phlebotomists
  • Eligibility to work in the US and clear background check

Preference given to candidates also holding teaching credentials or experience supervising clinical rotation students. Compensation is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
